Kidney is an organ that is located at both right and left on each side of spine. Fun fact, our kidneys filter about 200 quarts of fluid every day that enough to fill a large bathtub! 
During this process, our kidneys remove waste, which leaves body as urine.
Our findings today is hydronephrosis- kidney with dilated pelvis and collecting system. This happen when urine can’t drain from a kidney and builds up in a kidney as a result.
Hydronephrosis can happen at any age and does not always cause symptoms.
