Structures of examination :
- A variety of lower extremity arteries such as the femoral artery and popliteal artery.
Preparation :
- Wear loose, comfortable shorts. You may be asked to change into a gown before scanning.
Aim :
- To assess the cause of pain over lower extremities especially while walking, presence of ulcer over lower extremities that do not heal and persistent cold feet and to assess the artery condition of diabetic foot.
